Bardney Heritage Centre
Once home to the Morrell's canning factory and the British Sugar beet factory, the village of Bardney has a rich industrial history.
The Bardney Heritage Centre is a celebration of the area's rich history, covering everything from industry and agriculture, to railways and rivers.
In addition to the centre, there is also some unique accommodation on-site. The lovingly restored 'Living Van' is a tribute to Bardney's agricultural past. When farmers used to harvest the land with steam traction engines and threshing machines, they would live in vans and move from field to field.
The 'Living Van' at Bardney Heritage Centre can accommodate four people, ideally two adults and two children.
